What types of jewelry do you offer?
Ruby Sue Jewelry specializes in handcrafted pieces, including unique necklaces, earrings, hat pins, bolo ties, pendants and bracelets. The collection prominently features exquisite gemstones such as turquoise, spiny oyster, lapis lazuli, jasper, agate and many more unique one of a kind semi precious gemstones, all designed with .925 sterling silver to ensure both beauty and quality.
How often is new jewelry available?
Ruby Sue Jewelry operates on a small batch once a month collection release basis. This means that the website is updated once a month with a new "drop" of jewelry, and that is our current collection. Since I am a single person making this jewelry I am only able to produce so much at a time, including custom orders. I try hard to keep my designs fresh and new, however you will find that there are some of the same motifs in my designs. These can be viewed as staple designs and you can expect for similar items to be in each drop. I am also known to often have new pieces at in person events, however this is not promised.
What is your return policy?
Ruby Sue Jewelry allows returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery or purchase at one of our in person events. The merchandise must be unaltered, unworn, and include all tags and labels. Please note that any signs of damage, such as scratches or cracks, will render the item ineligible for return. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once Ruby Sue Jewelry receives a returned item and confirms it is in returnable condition, I will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment, and it may take an additional 5-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account if paid with a credit card, PayPal or other, depending on your financial institution.
What shipping methods do you use?
All packages are shipped via USPS. Ruby Sue Jewelry currently only ships within the USA via our website. If you require expedited shipping, please select the overnight shipping or priority mail option at checkout. If you are an international customer please see below on how to get in touch for more information on international purchases.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Once a package leaves our store and is in the possession of USPS, Ruby Sue Jewelry is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. It is recommended you contact USPS directly for assistance with lost or damaged packages. If you would like additional insurance for your purchase please email info@rubysuejewelry.com to organize that.
Can I exchange an item?
Ruby Sue Jewelry does not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to return an item, you must follow the return policy and initiate the return process within the specified time frame.
Do you offer store credit?
Ruby Sue Jewelry does not provide store credit for returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

How can international customers shop?
At this time, international orders are handled manually. If you live outside the United States and would like to purchase from Ruby Sue Jewelry, please email us at info@rubysuejewelry.com to request pricing and shipping details. I would be happy to help you complete your order this way. This also applies to custom and directed design orders outside of the United States as well.
