Refund policy
We understand that when shopping online sometimes things don’t work out; we allow items to be returned in the original condition that they were received within 14 days of delivery, according to the delivery date by mail carrier.
Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags and labels intact and must include the original receipt. It must be unaltered and unworn. Any signs of scratches, chips on the stones or metal, cracks in the stone or metal, or misshapen pieces will not be eligible for return. The customer will cover return shipping charges.
All sales are final on SALE merchandise.

Once the returned item is received and deemed in returnable condition. We will process the return and issue a refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your account equal to the amount of the returned items and sales tax (when applicable). Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to show in your account, this processing time varies on your financial institution. We will not offer store credit or exchanges via online purchases. We do not refund shipping.
Returns outside the 14 day window will not be accepted for any reason.
