The butterfly on this cuff measures 1 & 1/4 inches wide at the widest point and just over 3/4 of an inch at the longest point. The cuff that goes around the wrist is 5 & 1/4 inch long with a 1 inch opening. This cuff will best fit up to a 6 & 1/2 inch wrist. It could be adjusted slightly up to fit a larger wrist and down to fit a smaller wrist.
